Ready for snowy strolls and mountain-day adventures, the Alpine Ducky brings a cool, wintry charm to your seasonal décor. Dressed in sleek winter gear with subtle silver accents, these stylish little characters feel right at home in any cozy, snow-kissed scene.

Each ducky is hand-carved from sustainable bamboo root and carefully painted by hand, giving every piece its own unique personality. At about 6.5 inches tall, they’re the perfect size to add a playful touch to mantels, tabletops, or tucked into a winter display.

No two are exactly alike—natural bamboo grain, hand-painted details, and individual poses make each Alpine Ducky one of a kind. And like all DCUK characters, each comes with its own name and name tag, making it a thoughtful gift or a collectible piece to enjoy year after year.

About Our Products

Many of the products we carry are handmade, handcrafted, or made from natural materials. Slight variations in color, texture, pattern, size, and finish are a normal part of the making process and help make each piece unique.

The first product image is the best representation of the specific item being offered for sale. Additional photos may show styling suggestions, alternate colorways, packaging, scale references, or coordinating products that are sold separately.

Because screen settings vary, colors may appear slightly different in person than they do online.

Measurements are provided whenever possible, but slight variations may occur, particularly with handmade items.

If you have any questions about a specific product before placing an order, we're always happy to help.

About DCUK

DCUK, also known as The Original Wooden Duck Company, has been creating charming, handcrafted characters designed to make people smile since 2004. Each piece begins with sustainable bamboo root—carefully carved, shaped, and hand-painted by skilled artisans in Indonesia using traditional techniques passed down through generations.

Designed in Devon, England and brought to life through a long-standing partnership with Indonesian makers, every DCUK character reflects a thoughtful blend of creativity, craftsmanship, and imagination. What starts as a simple natural material is transformed into a personality-filled keepsake, full of warmth, whimsy, and detail.

No two are exactly alike. From the natural grain of the bamboo to the hand-painted finishing touches, each duck, penguin, or feathered friend has its own unique character—and its own name—making every piece feel personal and giftable in a truly meaningful way.

At its heart, DCUK is about more than just decoration. It’s about creating small, joyful objects that mark moments, spark memories, and bring a little extra happiness into everyday life.
