Turnaround Times:
Online orders ship within 3 business days.
If you choose in-store pickup, orders placed during our open hours are usually ready within the hour. Occasionally, some items are stored off-site and may be ready the next open business day. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready — please wait for that confirmation before stopping by.
Shipping Policy :
Orders ship within 3 business days. Shipping methods and carriers are selected based on package size, destination, carrier availability, and estimated delivery timing. Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to provide reliable and timely delivery as efficiently as possible.
If you have a preferred carrier for your order, please reply to your order confirmation email shortly after placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that USPS Ground Advantage is the slowest shipping service and may take 2–6 business days to arrive. This service does not include guaranteed delivery timing. USPS Priority Mail typically arrives within 1–3 business days, though carrier delays can occasionally occur.
While we ship promptly, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Free shipping offers apply to qualifying merchandise subtotals before tax and after any discounts are applied. Free shipping is available for orders shipping within the contiguous United States, as well as APO/FPO military addresses. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are excluded from free shipping offers, and shipping rates for those destinations will be calculated at checkout.
Whenever possible, we reuse clean shipping boxes and packing materials as part of our commitment to reducing waste and giving quality materials a second life. Many of the boxes we receive from our vendors are in excellent condition and perfect for reuse. Your order may occasionally arrive in a carefully reused box or mailer, but every package is packed with care and attention before it leaves our shop.
Online Returns:
We’re happy to accept returns on brand-new, unused, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
The following items are final sale:
- Custom or special-order items
- Seasonal merchandise
- Bath and body products
- Food items
- Sale items
To start a return, please contact us for instructions. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we’re unable to issue refunds for items lost in transit.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, minus original shipping costs. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
You’re also welcome to return online purchases in person at the shop.

Damaged or Defective Items:
We want you to love what you receive. If something arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and its original packaging
Because we’re a small business and work closely with independent makers, we do require damaged items to be returned. This allows us to better understand what happened and continue improving our packaging and processes.
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.
Please note:
- Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible
- Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible
- We reserve the right to deny claims that cannot be verified or do not meet these requirements
