Turnaround Times:
Shipped orders will go out within 1-4 days of ordering. During our open hours, pick up orders will usually be ready to be picked up within the hour, but some items are stored off-site and may not be ready until the following open day. Please wait for an email telling you that your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped by the carrier and service that you select at checkout. Please note that USPS Package Service is the slowest delivery service that we offer and may take 2-6 business days to arrive. USPS does not guarantee delivery of Package Service items in a certain time frame, so if you need your order quickly, please select Priority Mail, which typically takes 1-3 business days.
Returns for Online Purchases:
Returns are accepted on brand-new, unused, unwashed items with tags within 30 days of receipt of the order. All sales are final on custom pieces, on seasonal merchandise (related to a particular holiday or season), on bath and body products, on food items, and sale items.
Please contact us for return shipping information. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the order. When sending a return, make sure to select a service that provides a tracking number. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. Any orders that receive free shipping will have the cost of the shipping deducted from their return. You may also return online purchases in person to the shop.

Returns and exchanges may only be made with a receipt or gift receipt. Returns are accepted on brand-new, unused, unwashed items with tags within 30 days of the transaction. All sales are final on custom pieces, on seasonal merchandise (related to a particular holiday or season), on bath and body products, on food items, and sale items. Sale items are sold “as is.”
